If you have used the active buttons on our website that direct you to our social media on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, we process your data on the basis of your consent, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR. Your activity related to the use of our fanpage is not archived by us outside of websites such as Facebook. These portals are joint controllers of your data. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the transnational nature of data flow within Facebook. If you contacted us using the contact form on the website, we process your data until we respond to you. In the case of e-mail correspondence, your data is processed for the period necessary to respond. Data processed in our social media are stored until you withdraw your consent to their processing, unfollow our fanpage , click the “like” button or delete the comment.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Providing data when submitting an inquiry via the contact form or conducting e-mail correspondence is necessary in order to provide you with an answer and general communication. Providing data on our fanpage is voluntary.

7. Other information regarding the processing of personal data
